As we all use mobile phones these days and if anybody is planning to upgrade his/her phone to the one which supports multiple sim- Watch out! In a recent case The Madras High Court has restrained mobile phone manufacturers: Samsung, Mirc Electronics and Spice Mobile and several retailers (eBay and Rediff) from manufacturing and selling, multiple SIM holding mobile phones.

The patent is already with a 36-year-old electronics engineer, Ramkumar holds the Indian patent (No.214388) for plurality of SIM cards in a single mobile handset as well as plurality of bluetooth devices in headphone and earphone jacks.
